Useful Information

Who is my supplier?
Your electricity supplier is the company you choose to buy your electricity from, and who you pay your bills to. Part of what you pay is given to UK Power Networks for running and maintaining the electricity cables in your area. If you’ve recently moved house or you’re about to move into a new property you may be wondering who supplies the electricity and who the electricity bills are paid to. If you are unsure, please click the following link, they will be able to guide you on this: www.ukpowernetworks.co.uk

What’s my MPAN (Meter Point Administrative Number) or MPRN (Meter Point Reference Number)?
A Meter Point Administration Number, also known as an MPAN, electricity supply number or supply number is a 13-digit reference. A MPAN is used to uniquely identify every electricity supply point in the country. If you cannot obtain these details, please contact the National Database; for Gas at 0870 608 1524 to know the current gas supplier and for Electricity at 0870 241 6332 to know the current electricity supplier.
